Colonial Village Apartments, Manassas, VA
Clean City performed both interior and exterior cleaning services including emergency response for Edgewood Management Corporation at Colonial Village apartments in Manassas, VA. Clean City performed litter removal, waste removal, and assisted with the management of the recycling program. Additionally, Clean City performed snow removal services on sidewalks and parking lots.
DC Department of Public Works
Clean City provided graffiti removal and prevention services throughout Washington D.C. on behalf of both the Dept of Public Works and the Dept. of Transportation. Clean City earned the contract and in 2004 and held it for 10 years. Clean City was recognized by the Washington D.C. Mayors office for outstanding performance on this contract. Specifically, Clean City applied 10,200 SF of preventative coating to the street bases of light poles(Rhode Island Avenue, 14th Street, U St) in order to prevent the application of stickers and posters. This coating performed effectively for several years. Clean City applied its removal and coating services along the Red line of the D.C. Metro as well. Clean City has removed graffiti throughout Rock Creek Parkway, and from the Key Bridge and other difficult to reach places. Clean City performed gum removal services in extremely high traffic areas in SE Washington D.C.
